Embrace the serene beauty of winter by cross-country skiing at Lackawanna State Park. Watch sculptors create art from blocks of ice in front of your very eyes at the Clarks Summit Festival of Ice and Scranton's Downtown on Ice festival. Brave the cold waters in a kayak during the LRCA's Shiverfest, and take the chilly plunge at the Polar Plunge at Montage Mountain Resorts! Make snow angels, have snowball fights, and take your sleigh to play in the snow at one of our local parks!
