The massive award, once displayed at Scranton City Hall (featured in the show’s opening credits), is now proudly showcased at the Everhart Museum in Nay Aug Park as of early October 2025.
The Everhart Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

2. Penn Paper Tower
Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Co., 215 Vine Street, Scranton, PA
John Krasinski and his friends famously filmed the opening credits of The Office from his car while exploring Scranton and researching for the show. They captured some of the city's most iconic spots, including the Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Co. building. In a nod to the show’s legacy, the company later added a Dunder Mifflin sign to the tower, making it a must-see for The Office enthusiasts.
Visitors can stop by Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Co. during business hours to view The Office photos and memorabilia displayed inside, making the visit even more immersive. Whether snapping a photo of the tower or taking in the show's nostalgia, this landmark is a key stop on any self-guided tour of Scranton.

The Marketplace at Steamtown (Second Floor), 300 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA
The iconic Scranton sign made famous in the opening credits of The Office and filmed by John Krasinski, now proudly resides on the second floor of The Marketplace at Steamtown (formerly The Steamtown Mall). The Marketplace at Steamtown (formerly the Steamtown Mall) holds a special place in the hearts of The Office fans, as it’s referenced in several iconic episodes. Perhaps the most memorable mention is in Women’s Appreciation (Season 3, Episode 22), when Michael takes the women of Dunder Mifflin on a trip to the mall after an uncomfortable office incident.
Fans can relive these moments by visiting the actual locations featured in the show, grabbing a Stanley-approved pretzel at Auntie Anne’s, or hunting for a Phyllis and Pam-inspired outfit at Boscov’s — just like the characters would! In true Kelly Kapoor fashion, don’t forget her enthusiastic plea:
Can we stop at Auntie Anne’s? I want a pretzel.

503 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA
This 86-foot-wide mural features 17 characters from ‘The Office’ along with memorable quotes. It’s the only official mural globally recognized by NBC, Peacock, and authorized by the show's actors. The Office Mural was dedicated in 2023 and created by Hagopian Arts.
This incredible initiative, orchestrated by Scranton Tomorrow and created by Hagopian Arts, is a loving nod to a show that embedded Scranton firmly into the hearts of millions across the globe. This mural is more than a painting; it is an invitation to live a chapter of your own Scranton story.
It is... a message. It is an inspiration, it is... a source of beauty.
5. Electric City Sign
507 Linden Street, Scranton, PA
Fans of The Office will remember this iconic line from the hilarious "Lazy Scranton" video, a parody orientation created by Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute to welcome new Dunder Mifflin employees. In the video, they rap about Scranton’s landmarks, including the famous Electric City Sign, which is proudly lit up in downtown Scranton. The song, sometimes referred to as "Straight Outta Scranton" by fans, also references the Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour, the Anthracite Heritage Museum, and Montage Mountain.
The famous Electric City sign, located in downtown Scranton, is a true landmark and a must-see for any Office fan on a Scranton tour. This neon-lit sign has become synonymous with the city’s identity, proudly referenced in the show as a nod to Scranton's historic nickname. Visiting the Electric City sign is like stepping into an episode of The Office, bringing you closer to the quirky humor of Dunder Mifflin's fictional world.
