SCRANTON HALF MARATHON

Sunday • April 12, 2026
Scranton, PA

Test your mental and physical limits in the Scranton Half Marathon. The annual 13.1-mile foot race energizes Scranton each spring as thousands of runners and walkers take to the streets and trails of Scranton on a spring Sunday morning. Participants truly get a taste of when city meets country as they run through the Scranton neighborhoods, onto the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, and then briefly back onto the street to finish on the track inside PenFed Field at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Proceeds from the half marathon go toward the continued development of the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail.
