This nature preserve trail will not disappoint people looking for some fresh air. The 1.5-mile trail runs along Tunkhannock Creek into Lackawanna State Park. The trail is great for hiking, walking, and access to fishing on the creek. The preserve may be used for hunting only on the Messimer section (44-acre forested property), and hunters must have a special Conservancy permit. View the map. Open to the public from dawn to dusk.
