The Office 5k

Saturday • May 3, 2025 • Downtown Scranton

Are you ready to channel your inner Dunder Mifflin employee and hit the pavement with the spirit of Michael Scott's "Dunder Mifflin Scranton Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Pro-Am Fun Run Race for the Cure"? Get ready to lace up your running shoes and participate in The Office 5k!

Whether you're an avid runner, a casual jogger, a walker, or more inclined to "take a taxi" to the finish line (FACT: taxi rides are guaranteed disqualifiers from the race!), The Office 5k welcomes participants of all fitness levels. It's not about how fast you run; it's about embracing the spirit of The Office and having a fantastic time!

But the fun doesn't stop at the finish line. The Party Planning Committee has you covered with exciting activities planned for Friday night and Saturday after the race. Just like in the show, expect quirky games, hilariously awkward moments, and even a couple of Dundie Awards.

So, grab your favorite Office-themed costume, lace up those sneakers, and register for The Office 5k today!

QUICK LINKS

Fun Run & Walk

Starting in Downtown Scranton, participants will pass the new The Office Mural, which features 17 members of 'The Office' cast,  the Electric City SignPenn Paper, and more. Participants are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Dunder Mifflin character, prop, or anything The Office-related for fun and prizes.

Walkers can walk the full course or enjoy a modified 1-mile course with special activities along the way.

Make sure not to carb load on a bowl of fettuccine alfredo IMMEDIATELY before this 5k like Michael Scott did in the "Michael Scott's Dunder Mifflin Scranton Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Pro-Am Fun Run Race for the Cure."
