Join Laura every Thursday and Friday for a 75-minute Restorative Yoga class. Restorative yoga is a way of practicing postures that support the body to create deep relaxation and rejuvenation. By using blankets, bolsters, salt bags, and other yoga props, the body is positioned in ways that support and gently stretch tight muscles. This class is suitable for all levels. One class is equivalent to 3 HOURS of sleep!
Please note, classes on Thursdays begin at 7:00 PM and classes on Fridays begin at 10:00 AM.
