Contest Rules:

Contestants may enter one email and name per package – a new package will be posted each Friday within the giveaway time frame. No purchase necessary. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Prizes must be claimed by email or phone within 2 weeks of each contest drawing or the winner will forfeit prizes. All taxes, gratuities, transportation, duties or fees are the responsibility of the winners. Mail-in entries will also be accepted by sending a standard letter with Summer Giveaway labeled as the subject of the letter. Name, address, phone number, and email address (if applicable) are required. Mail to:

The individual companies participating in the contests have provided expiration dates on their certificate. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Accommodations are based on availability.

Lackawanna County Convention & Visitors Bureau, its affiliates, partners or employees are held harmless from any liability or lawsuit arising out of conditions associated with usage of any of the prizes. Lackawanna County Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person they believe has intentionally violated the rules of the contest.

Marketing:

Results of all prize drawings will be posted on the visitnepa.org website and social media pages.

Winners agree to allow his/her name and likeness be used in promotional materials and advertising without further compensation.
