pre-school Classes

Our accredited curriculum has been proven to increase coordination, strengthen skeletal muscles, and build self-confidence in children as young as 18 months old. This is truly a safe and fun-loving approach to the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement education.

Recreational classes

Our Recreational class program is offered for children ages 5 to 18 years of age and is based on age and ability. In these classes, students will improve strength, flexibility, self-awareness, coordination and balance.

Tumbling

Our experienced instructors will fine tune tumbling skills through the use of our state-of-the-art tumble strip and more. Challenging progressions allow for more advance skills.

Ninja Warrior Program

United Sports Academy’s Ninja Warrior program challenges boys and girls to develop strength, agility, and discipline in a fun and exciting way. This program incorporates ninja obstacles as well as gymnastics and conditioning to improve kids’ strength and athleticism.
