Follow your guide through the winding underground gangways and tunnels past three different veins of coal. Listen as they take you back in time and show you the day-in-the-life of the area's workers that powered the Industrial Revolution.

The Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour is a National Award-Winning History Attraction operated by Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. The Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour is open from April through November. The tour lasts approximately one hour and is partially handicap accessible.

Groups are welcome by calling 800-238-7245. Group Rates are available for schools, motor coaches, and civic groups of 20 or more (based on advance reservations).
