Yoga With Mindy

Yoga with Mindy will take place at the Valley Community Library on Fridays at 10:30 AM. This class is designed to help release stress and tension as we focus on mindfulness, breathing, and simple yoga postures. Each class is $8 per person.

Attendees must register with Mindy for classes. Please email yogawithmindy@comcast.net to register. Payments will be due on the day of the class. For any questions, please email mgeorgetti@albright.org.
