Yoga with Mindy at the Valley Community Library's Gino Merli Room will take place on Wednesdays at 11:30 AM. This class is designed to help release stress and tension as we focus on mindfulness, breathing, and simple yoga postures.

Each class is $8 per person. Attendees must register with Mindy. Please email yogawithmindy@comcast.net to register for classes.
