Instructor Mindy Hill leads these twice-weekly gentle yoga classes, focused on healing in the body and mind. Enjoy the healing benefit of gentle yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and deep breathing exercises. This event is free and open to the community. Participants are experiencing a greater range of motion, better balance, increased strength, less pain, and reduced stress and anxiety. Positions can be done on a chair (provided) or bring your own mat. Please dress in layers for your comfort. Science is proving that it’s not only the food you eat, movement is essential for you to improve your overall health.
