Winter Illumination Retreat

The Winter Illumination Retreat is a day-long retreat to refresh your mind, body, and soul with the changing of the season. The day will begin with a Coffee and Crystals Breakfast Workshop focusing on the crystals of Winter and New Year Intention Setting Lunar Diaries, followed by a Winter Forest Bathing hike at Mellow Park, lunch, a workshop focusing on Winter Wellness and the importance of grounding, lastly, the afternoon will conclude with a Winter Restorative Yoga and Chakra Clearing Guided Meditation set to the sounds of crystal singing bowls.

All meals, supplies, snacks, and classes are included. Participants will take home a collection of Winter Crystals along with their information, winter wellness supplies, 2024 Lunar Diaries, and Forest Bathing books. A 72-hour cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a partial refund (minus materials).
