A new moon represents the end of one cycle and the beginning of another, this particular New Moon will be in the sign of Virgo. For this meditation, Laura will be taking you through a very grounding and nurturing meditation to bring your dreams and goals out of your head and into reality. This is will help you to be rooted in and present for the changing of the seasons.
