Join the Inner Harmony Wellness Center to get out of your mind and into your body!

Are you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from your body? Do you feel like you are constantly in fight or flight mode? If so, you are not alone. Take the first step towards reclaiming your body and mind with this somatic embodiment series.

Using breath work, visualization, micro/macro movements, and music, you will begin to learn how to listen to your body, recognize physical sensations, develop a better internal understanding of the link between emotions and physical sensation, learn to trust your intuition, and reclaim your sense of safety and security. Tap into your inner strength and find your power.

This is a four-part series where each session builds on the skills taught in the previous class. For maximum benefit, the Inner Harmony Wellness Center suggests committing to all four classes.

Trish Nieves and Kristin Martelli will be co-facilitating this event utilizing each of their expertise in various aspects of trauma-informed somatic practices.

The cost of this four-week series is $80 and includes admission to 2 hours Ecstatic Dance event at a date/location TBD. Pre-registration is required, and a maximum of 15 spots are available.
