The Scranton Limited is a 3-mile round trip train ride lasting approximately 30 minutes. The locomotive travels through Steamtown National Historic Site's rail yards, crosses the Lackawanna River, passes the historic Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel, and stops at the University of Scranton before returning to the Steamtown National Historic Site boarding area.
The Caboose Experiences is a short 15-20-minute ride in a historic caboose within the park boundaries. It gives visitors a chance to experience what life was like at the back of the train. This experience is included with the purchase of a Scranton Limited ticket.

FEE: General Admission (ages 6+) $6.00. Children under 6 years old (ages 0-5): FREE. Tickets for the short train rides must be purchased on-site at Steamtown NHS the day of your visit and paid for by credit card only, no cash sales.
