Head to the Wonderstone Gallery for Restorative Yoga with essential oils and chakra scans with Melissa Martini. Restorative Yoga is a practice of allowing participants to "just be" in relaxed postures, with their bodies fully supported using bolsters, blocks, and blankets. The comforting support allows the body and mind to release tension and stress.
The workshop will begin with gentle movement to prepare the body for Restorative yoga poses. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and to bring a yoga mat if they have one, otherwise, mats are available. Participants are welcome to bring their own props (blocks, cushions, firm pillow, blanket) for added personal comfort.
This class lasts 90 minutes and the cost is $35 per person. Pre-registration and payment is required. Please call during shop hours at 570-344-2360 or text anytime at 570-878-3870.
