Radiance Revival

Head to the McDade Park Pavilion #2 on Sunday, October 8th, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is a one-day immersive experience for women that provides a unique opportunity to be fully self-focused while awakening the mind, body, and spirit. It's the ultimate self-care Sunday in the Park!

Here's what the day will look like, there will be 3 groups rotating between 3 sessions led by 3 local heart-centered businesswomen:

• An Art-Enhanced Self-Discovery Workshop with Eileen Healey of Mom On A Shelf LLC
• A Body-Positive Yoga Session with Miranda Miaris of Nimble Hill Goat Yoga (sorry, no goats for this event)
• A Sound-Healing Experience with Kailin Bouse of Kailin of Earth

Each session will be about 45 minutes, with built-in breaks to allow time to socialize and refuel on some light lunch fare, which will be included. The cost of this event is $75 per person. Spots are limited to 50 women, ages 18 and up. Participants can pre-register online. Please bring a yoga mat. This event will take place rain or shine.
