Games, storytelling, music, and art engage the energy and enthusiasm of a child. At Jaya Yoga, participants between the ages of 5-11 will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and relaxation techniques. Meanwhile, children will also learn how to convey lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.
