Enlightened Recovery Meditation

Facilitated by Dr. Peter, join the Inner Harmony Wellness Center for Enlightened Recovery Meditation. This series will take place every Tuesday beginning May 2nd, from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, and will feature meditation, mindfulness, stress reduction, and gentle yoga.
