Encanto Kids Camp

Stop into Nearme Yoga for their Encanto Kids Camp! This is an exciting camp about how children are more than just their talents, and it will relate to the Disney movie "Encanto" through crafts, yoga, meditation, sharing circles, and more.

Nearme Yoga will focus on these themes & lessons from Encanto in the camp:
- you can't shoulder everything on your own
- you're never going to be perfect
- you shouldn't let yourself be defined by one thing
- families don't always know what's best for you
- you shouldn't compare yourself to anyone else
- you can always rebuild
