Join Black Scranton for their 5th Annual Black History Month Celebration at the Black Scranton Project Center for Arts & Culture (BSPCAC). Black Scranton is inviting the public to meet at the BSPCAC to reflect, honor, and celebrate the pivotal roles Black Americans have played in shaping national identity and culture, followed by a local history exhibition.
