Join Laura for her annual seasonal Fall retreat on October 15, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
The Autumn Awakening Retreat is a day-long retreat to refresh your mind, body, and soul with the changing of the season. The day will begin with a Coffee & Crystals Breakfast Workshop focusing on the crystals of Autumn, followed by a Fall foraging hike at Mellow Park to gather items from nature for an afternoon craft project, followed by a Flavors of Fall lunch, working on a Fall craft project, and then a special workshop on the Magic of Cats. Lastly, the afternoon will conclude with a floating Candlelit Aerial Restorative Yoga class set to the sounds of crystal singing bowls.

All meals, supplies, snacks, and classes are included. Participants will take home a collection of Fall Crystals along with their information, special cat-themed items, and their fall craft project. A 72-hour cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a partial refund (minus materials).
